Talli-Ho Labs is committed to promoting the health of the Labrador Retriever breed in the puppies that we produce.  We screen all of our Labs for hips, elbows and eyes to make sure that they are healthy and sound.  It is imperative that no matter where you buy a Lab, you check to see that clearances have been done with the sire and dam of the litter.

     Many Lab puppy buyers have been caught up in the 'cuteness' of the breed and are unaware of the time and committment it takes to raise a Labrador Retriever!  Labs love to dig, chew, play in water and run (Did I mention digging and chewing?)!   They also love people and need to be with their owners and not locked up alone in a kennel, yard or room. Labs are a very loyal and enjoyable breed, but they need lots of time devoted to them, as well.
